Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch or baking begins. Orders cancelled after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

All of our products are handmade in small batches, meaning size, shape, and decoration may vary slightly from the images shown on our website — but they’ll always taste just as delicious as promised.
