Welcome to Masarap Cookie Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and in-person café services. By accessing or purchasing from Masarap Cookie Co. (“Masarap”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our Services.

1. General Information

Masarap Cookie Co. is a sole trader business (ABN 60 497 825 576) operating from
63 Broadmeadow Rd, Broadmeadow NSW 2292, Australia.
We offer freshly baked cookies, brownies, cakes, Filipino desserts and other handmade treats through our café and online store hosted by Shopify.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All online orders must be placed through our official website www.masarapcookieco.com.au.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (accepting debit and credit cards) and PayPal.

  • In-store purchases are processed via EFTPOS.

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Pre-Orders & Pickup

  • Pre-orders must be placed before Thursday COB for Saturday or Sunday pickup.

  • Orders placed after this time will automatically roll into the following weekend’s collection period unless otherwise arranged.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

  • Pickup is available during our regular weekend trading hours, which are displayed on our website and social pages.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom or specialty orders can be submitted via our Custom Order Enquiry Form.

  • After you submit an enquiry, we’ll confirm availability, provide a quote, and outline the order scope.

  • Custom orders are not final until you accept the quote and full payment is received.

  • Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made, as ingredients and scheduling are arranged immediately after confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the Newcastle region and surrounding suburbs using Australia Post and local independent couriers.

  • Deliveries are dispatched Monday – Wednesday to ensure products arrive fresh.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch and 1–2 days for express delivery.

  • Accurate delivery details are the responsibility of the customer. Masarap Cookie Co. is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or courier delays.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.

  • Cancellations or order changes must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch or baking begins. Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Product Appearance & Allergens

  • Every product is handmade; slight variations in size, shape, or decoration may occur.

  • All baked goods are made in the same kitchen and may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs.

  • Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us prior to ordering.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, images, and materials are the property of Masarap Cookie Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masarap Cookie Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
